花田千絵子　Chieko HANADA

2024年のFAFで、標高3800メートルの高所であるにもかかわらず、植樹地でダンスを披露した花田千絵子氏。ラダックの伝統的な動きを取り入れたダンスが現地の人々の心に残っています。同時にマトーの学校でダンスのワークショップを開催し生徒たちと交流も果たしました。この度は、顔見知りの子どもたちとともに振り付けを考えることからスタートし、淺井裕介氏の地上絵とコラボレーションする団体の踊りをFAF当日に披露します。

プロフィール
北九州出身。6歳より18歳までモダンバレエを黒田呆子に師事。第4回北九州＆アジア全国洋舞コンクールにて文部大臣賞受賞。学生時代は韓国・朝鮮伝統芸能グループノリパン（名古屋）にて杖鼓と伝統舞踊を学ぶ。雲南芸術学院にて少数民族舞踊を学ぶ。帰国後、コンテンポラリーダンス作品や演劇作品に出演。

At the Forest Art Festival 2024, dancer Chieko Hanada performed at the tree-planting site despite the extreme altitude of 3,800 meters. Her dance, incorporating traditional movements from Ladakh, left a deep impression on the local community. At the same time, she conducted dance workshops at a school in Matho, building meaningful connections with the students.
This year, she will begin by co-creating choreography with children she has already come to know, and will present a group dance in collaboration with the land art by Yusuke Asai during the festival.

Profile
Born in Kitakyushu, Japan. She studied modern ballet under Kuroda Taiko from the age of six to eighteen, and received the Minister of Education Award at the 4th Kitakyushu & Asia National Dance Competition.
During her student years, she joined the Korean traditional performing arts group Noripan (Nagoya), where she studied janggu (traditional percussion) and dance. She later studied ethnic minority dances at the Yunnan Arts University. After returning to Japan, she has performed in contemporary dance and theater productions.
